DEATH OF MRS. CLAY BAIRD

Inez M. Hoskin, daughter of Montie and Rebecca Hoskin, early pioneers of the Hoskin neighborhood near Cantril, was born July 1, 1873, and departed this life, Sept. 11, 1925, at the age of 52 years, 2 months and 11 days. She joined the Methodist church in early childhood and lived in that faith until death. In 1902 she changed her membership from Home Chapel to Zion where she was a faithful member.

She was united in wedlock to Clay Baird, Aug. 31, 1902, and became the mother of three children, all of whom passed to the great beyond in early infancy. She was known by her friends to be a faithful christian woman, a good neighbor and was a close adherent to the Golden Rule.

She leaves to mourn her loss, a husband, two brothers, a stepfather, J. C. Holland, and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services, by Rev. Austin, were at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon and burial in the Pittsburg cemetery.
