Hugh Hoskin, son of Mrs. Clark Hoskin of South Prairie, died at the home of his mother, last Wednesday. The funeral was held from the home Thursday p. m. The deceased was a brother of Robert Hoskin, who is a partner in the Corner Grocery here.

NOTE: This may be the son of (Merritt) Clark Hoskin(s) and Mary Foster. Mary Foster Clark's obituary references a son Hugh Hoskins who died about three years before her and also had a son Robert. She died in 1916 so her son Hugh died abt 1913. See Mary Foster Clark's obituary on this forum.
