Granville W. Winkler died Sep. 15,1985, at the age of 72, at his home in East Wenatchee,Wa. Granville was born Nov. 28,1912 in Bentonsport, Ia to Fred and Rosanna Owings Winkler. He married Zula Davis in Bonaparte, on July 27,1933 and they made their home in Everett, Wa. Survivors include his wife Zula; a daughter Mrs. Ervin (Donna) McCracken, Bonaparte and a son Fred (Bud) Winkler of Bonaparte; eight grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild. Graveside services were held Sep. 19,1985 in Everett, Wa.
