LOCAL WOMAN DIED AT FAIRFIELD
Mrs. Inez Ford Lyons was born in Wayne county, Ohio, December 7, 1864, and passed away at the Jefferson county hospital in Fairfield Saturday, December 21, at the age of 65 years. The following children survive: Mrs. Zenith Black, Fairfield, Mrs. Stella Willis, Kenoshoea, Ill., Mrs. Mabel Horn, and Harry Lyons of Ottumwa, Mrs. Lola Dorothy, Ft. Madison, Mrs. Helen Ringland, Chicago, Mrs. Mina Turner and Sam Lyons of Birmingham also 28 grand children and two great grand children. The funeral was held in the Methodist Episcopal church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the pastor, Rev. R. V. Pike in charge. Miss Mary Hootman, Mrs. Stanley Watts, Merle Countryman and John Wilson sang the selections. Burial was made in the Winchester cemetery.
