OBITUARY
---------
EARL ROSS SHRIVER
---------
Earl Ross, son of Wesley Shriver, of Mt. Sterling, was born May 29, 1918, and departed this life February 14, 1931. Aged 12 years, 8 mos. and 10 days.

He leaves to mourn his early departure, his father, grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Clark of Monroe, Iowa, several uncles, aunts and cousins, besides a host of friends. His mother and sister preceded him in death.

His life so short is just begun,
To be finished in heaven above,
Where mother and sister await him
Where all is Peace and Love.

Funeral services were held at Center Chapel Church, Monday afternoon, Elder H. C. Shaw of Cantril officiating, assisted by Rev. C. C. Goltry. The Center Chapel male quartet sang three songs beautifully. Burial in Center Chapel cemetery.
