Georgiana Smith was born January 28, 1886 in Bonaparte, Iowa, and passed away at her home in Keokuk on October 13, 1958. She was the daughter of Steven Scott and Minnie Hinish Troutman.

In January of 1907, she was married to Wm. Dickinson and he preceded her in death October, 1908.

On December 27, 1911 she was married to Elmer E. Smith. Surviving are her husband; one son, W. Scott Smith of Hannibal, Mo.; one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Henry of Keokuk; two brothers, James and Frank Troutman of Bonaparte; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mrs. Clare Beard and Mrs. Delores Crooks and one brother, Joseph S. Troutman.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bonaparte, Magnolia Chapter O.E.S., and Chapter AB, P.E.O.

Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Bonaparte, Wednesday, October 15, 1958 with the Rev. Jerry Beltz officiating. Burial in Bonaparte cemetery.
