Sarah Elnora Wilson, daughter of George W. and Louisa Pittman Garrison, was born at Rushville, Ill., March 11, 1872, and departed this life at her home in Bonaparte, Iowa early Tuesday morning, Dec. 11, 1945 at the age of 73 years and 9 months.

On Sept. 17, 1890 she was united in marriage with Welcome Wilbert Wilson and to this union were born four daughters and five sons, seven children are left to mourn the loss of mother; Fern Pender of Birmingham, Iowa, Eva Holmes of Fairfield, Carl, Scott, Valasco, Lester and Merle Wilson, all of Bonaparte. Two daughters are deceased. Ruth died in infancy and Blanche Pender died on May 11, 1942. The husband and father died Sept. 16, 1926.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Bonaparte Methodist church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. J. S. Ellis. Burial in Bonaparte cemetery.
