Edward Jacob Miller was born Jan. 27,1904 and passed away at the home of his aunt, Milissa Drummond in Mt. Sterling,Ia on June 3,1964, at the age of 60. The son of Curtis and Christina Jones Miller, he was born at Mt, Sterling,where he resided all his life. He was married April 5,1929 to Florence Stevenson. To this union was born two sons, Fred Miller, who lives at home and Joe Miller of Bonaparte. He is also survived by two granddaughters,Debra and Cindy, his aunt, Milissa Drummond; his step mother Mrs. Emma Miller; two half-sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Grace) Huff and Mrs. Clarence (Anna Belle) Witt, all of Keosauqua; a half-brother, Ernest Miller of Arlington,Ca, plus a number of nieces and nephews and friends. Services were held Sunday, June 7, at the Mt. Sterling Methodist Church. Burial was in the Jones Cemetery near Mt. Sterling.
