Grace Miller, Bonaparte, died at 1:20 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2000 at Van Buren County Hospital, Keosauqua.

She was born December 18, 1910 at Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of William C. and Elizabeth Murray Bell. She married Dayton Miller, March 1, 1939 at Memphis, Missouri. He preceded her in death.

She had been a resident of Bonaparte most of her life. She was a cook at Hunter's Restaurant, Ward's Cafe and later the Bonaparte Retreat.
She is survived by one step-son, Milo Miller, Caliente, Nevada; one step-grandson; one sister, Marie Bell, Bonaparte.

She was preced in death by her husband, parents, four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services were held Monday July 17, at Hofbauer Funeral Home, Farmington, with Robert Hambright officiating. Burial was in Bonaparte Cemetery, Bonaparte.
