Mrs. Rena Brainerd of Portland, Oregon and a former resident of Bonaparte, died at 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 1972 at Portland. A funeral service was held there Tuesday, Dec. 12 and the body will be shipped here for a graveside service and burial in the Bonaparte cemetery, Saturday, Dec. 16.

Mrs. Brainerd was a sister of the late Mrs. Lloyd Stevens of Bonaparte and has several other relatives in Farmington and Bonaparte. Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home is in charge.
