Minnie Lila Huff, 82, died Monday, November 23, 1987 in the Donnellson Manor Care Center where she had been a resident since July 3, 1982. She was a former resident of Bonaparte.

She was born april 12, 1905 in Bonaparte, Iowa, the daughter of Elizabeth McDaniel Rogers Bennett and James Rogers.

She married William Amos Huff April 15, 1922 in Bonaparte. He died February 20, 1971.

Mrs. Huff was a member of the Bonaparte Baptist Church.

She is survived by one brother, John W. Rogers, Sr. of Columbus, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband and mother.

The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 1987 in the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. Burial was in the Bonaparte Cemetery.

A memorial is being established with the Bonaparte Cemetery Association. Contributions may be made at the Hofbauer Funeral Home.
