She has been unable to attend church, and especially since last winter an accident on the ice made it impossible for her to walk since. Joshua Haines died about three years ago.The deceased was always very kind to her neighbors oblidging them every way possible. For the last 48 years her home has been in the family residence. She was fond of the old hymns which she enjoyed singing, her death was peaceful as if going to sleep to awake in the great beyond. She is survived by one sister who has tenderly cared for her during her late illness. Funeral services were held from the home at 2 o'clock May 7th conducted by her pastor Rev. W. A. Nelson. Interment was in Farmington cemetery.
