Farmington - Services were held at the Methodist church Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Hattie Arnold, 81, who died January 14, of a heart attack at the home of Mrs. Lou Graham, where she had been living. Reverend Fay Marriott officiated and burial was at Salem.

A long -- time resident of Farmington, Mrs. Arnold was born January 23, 1869. She is survived by a son, James Arnold, and two grandsons, all of Kansas City, Missouri, and a sister. Her husband and two daughters died previously.
