Stockport -- Nora A. Oberg, 70, wife of A.J. Oberg, Stockport postmaster, died at her home here Thursday at 4:30 a.m. after an extended illness.

Nora A. Lucas, daughter of Francis M. and Mary Elizabeth Lucas, was born near Stockport March 30, 1876, she was married to A.J. Oberg, Sept. 23, 1903. She was a member of the Stockport Eastern Stars.

Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mildred McAllister, who with her husband John lives at the family home. Other survivors are the following sisters and brothers, Mrs. H. L. Landess, Elkhart, Ind.; Mrs. C. L. Beswick, Stockport; Dr. Frank Lucas, Soap Lake, Wash.; and Walter Lucas of Beaumont, Texas.

Plans for services have been tentatively set for Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Oberg residence. Rev. T. R. Putnam will officiate. Burial will be in the Spencer Cemetery.
