George Ryland - Born at Bonaparte on January 14, 1855. Son of A. S. & Mary Ryland, old settlers. Married October 15, 1890 to Miss Minnie E. Parker. Died March 9, 1910. Leaves wife, 3 brothers: F. A. Ryland of Montana, L. H. Ryland, Des Moines and W. B. Ryland of Bonaparte and 4 sisters: Mrs. S. A. Murphy, Eldon, IA; Mrs. J. A. Dodds, Kansas City; Mrs. E. E. Miller, Bonaparte and Mrs. James Murray of Elliston, MT, also number of nieces and nephews and other relatives. At time of death he was 55 years, 1 month, 20 days old.
