Carroll Haviland Stewart - Born in Bonaparte on November 26, 1886 and died at Des Moines April 13, 1909, age 22 years, 4 months, 28 days. Youngest son of Mr. & Mrs. Haviland Stewart. His father died a few months ago at Marshalltown. Leaves his mother, Mrs. H. Stewart, of Bonaparte; an only brother, Delbert, of Des Moines and 6 sisters: Mrs. Clara Dobson; Mrs. Lucy Grimm and Mrs. Bertha Maloney of Des Moines; Mrs. Pearle Jobe of St. Louis; Mrs. Bessie Iler of Greenfield, IA and Mrs. Floy Smith of Bonaparte. F-Bonaparte Cemetery, Bonaparte.
