George U. Mitchell - Born Bucks Valley, Perry Co., PA on December 3, 1832 and died in Bonaparte on May 30, 1909. Age 76 years, 5 months, 27 days. He was the third son of a family of eleven children: David A. who died 1907 at Wichett, KS; John Paul who died 1886 at Bonaparte; Isaiah H. died when a baby; Samuel I. killed in the Civil War; Hezekiah L. died in CA in 1861; Benjamin Elieb died Bonaparte in 1908; Joseph E. lives in Covington, KY; Mary L. Weaver of Bentonsport; Calvin E. of Boise City, ID; Emma B. Seward of Bentonsport. F-Bonaparte Cemetery, Bonaparte.
