Samuel H. Warren - Born Wexford Co., Ireland July 31, 1839. To Liverpool, England with parents in 1846 and fall of year to US, locating at Sandusky, OH. In 1850 to Dubuque, IA and in 1857 to KS. Bought farm near Eudora, KS where he lived until 1876. On September 12 of that year married Jane Warren and moved back to Iowa to Vernon where he lived until his death September 11, 1907. Age 68 years, 1 month, 11 days. Wife, 2 sons: Edward and Samuel W.; one brother, Edward Warren, of Lawrence, KS. Four sisters: Mrs. Ellen Melville, Lawrence KS; Mrs. Anna Coots, Portland, OR; Mrs. Elizabeth Whitney, Texas City, TX and Mrs. John Cahlan of Susanville, CA remain. Buried September 12, 1907, 31st anniversary of their marriage. F-Center Chapel Cemetery, Keosauqua.
