Thomas Anson - Died Sunday, March 20, 1904 three miles below Keosauqua. Age 77 years, 7 months, 26 days. Born July 24, 1826 in Pike Co., MO and moved with parents to Van Buren Co. in December 1836. Went to CA in 1850 and returned in 1853. He was the last of the Anson early settlers. F-Center Chapel Cemetery, Keosauqua
