Mrs. Mattie Howard and family were notified last Friday night of the death of her brother, Omer Leffler, about five o'clock on the afternoon of that day at San Jose, Calif. Funeral services and burial were in California.

Mr. and Mrs. Leffler formerly lived on a farm in Harrisburg township, west of Harrisburg church. They went west about three years ago to benefit Mr. Leffler's health.
