Batavia-Mrs. Eva C. Reniker, 76, died at her home in Libertyville about 9 a.m. today after being in poor health the last five years and an invalid the last three years.
She was married in 1882 to Amos Reniker and lived near Birmingham about 18 years. She later moved to Moulton. The couple lived in Moulton 25 years, then moved to Oskaloosa and later to Libertyville, where they lived the last six years.
She was a member of the Moulton methodist church and is survived by her husband; six daughters, Mrs. Agnes McConnell of Humeston, Mrs. Viola Starr of Moulton, Mrs. Lillie Wendlend of Moulton, Mrs. Edith Stansberry of Worthington, Minn., Mrs. Muriel Dye of Douds, Mrs. Lena Dewell of Ash Grove; three sons, Neil of Port Angeles, Wash., Fred of Pinehurst, Wash., and Orville of San Pedro, Calif. She was preceded in death by a daughter. A sister and a brother survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Libertyville Methodist church. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran cemetery. The body is at the Campbell funeral parlors at Batavia.
