Clement Wood Easter, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Easter, well known residents of Bentonsport and Bonaparte, years ago, now of Albia, this state, died last Sunday at Charleston, West Virginia, where he was manager of Kanawa hotel. His body was taken to Albia and buried yesterday by the side of his brother, Hugh, who was killed last June at Cincinnati, Ohio, while testing a dynamo. Clement was about 30 years of age and was a namesake of his grandfather, Clement Wood, who died some years ago at an advanced age in Bentonsport, where he had for many years been part owner and operator of the large brick flouring mill that was destroyed by fire.
