BIRMINGHAM, Ia. Floyd E. HESTON, 68, long-time resident of the Birmingham community, died Wed. at the Hainline Nursing Home in Bonaparte. Burch Funeral Home, Birmingham. Fell Cemetery near Libertyville.

Born March 5, 1897, at Libertyville, son of Charles A. and Louise McCLEARY HESTON; married Julia BARTZ who died 1918. He was married to Mary DOZE, and later married to Margaret SMITH CAMPBELL who survives.

Surviving children: Roger and Jack HESTON, both of Birmingham; Charles, Stockport, and Mrs. Julia ANDERSON, Stockport; 9 grandchildren; 3 greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Lloyd and Emil HESTON, both of Fairfield, and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth ALLISON, Fairfield, and Mrs. Harry CARTER, Burlington. Preceded in death by two sons. two brothers, and a sister. Had been a farmer in the Birmingham community most of his life.
