Mrs. Robert (Hazel Mae CREEK) FRESHWATER, born near Libertyville Jan. 27, 1904, daughter of Charles E. and Alice STUMP CREEK; married Nov. 23, 1923, Robert FRESHWATER; they operated a dairy and restaurant in Birmingham for 20 years. For the past 10 years she had resided on a farm n.w. of Birmingham. Died Wed., 10 p.m. at Jefferson County Hospital. Catcott Funeral Home, Keosaqua.

Surviving are husband and children: Mrs. Clifford CANADAY, Virginia Beach, Va.; Mrs. Fred WORKMAN, Fairfield; and Robert G. "Jake" FRESHWATER, Webb City, Mo.; also 6 grandchildren and four brothers: John CREEK, Libertyville; Rollie and Raymond CREEK, Batavia, and Van CREEK, Berkeley, Calif. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield.
