MARRIED

Wednesday evening, March 29, 1882, at the residence of Dr. H. Strickling, were married Mr. T. H. Johnson and Miss Beatrice Strickling, Rev. A. McClintock officiating. There were quite a number of the friends of the contracting parties present, and the evening passed off very pleasantly indeed. The parties are well and favorably known here, the bride being the eldest daughter of Dr. Henry Strickling, and an amiable and estimable young lady, while the groom is a young attorney of good abilities and considerable promise. They start out in life with the well wishes of a large circle of friends. They departed on the evening train for Knoxville, Iowa, on a visit to relatives. They were the recipients of the following presents:
