Know all men by these presents:

That I, Arma F. Baldwin of Keosauqua, Iowa, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner following, to-wit:

First: I direct that all my just debts, if any, and funeral expenses be fully paid, and a suitable monument erected at my grave.

Second: I give and bequeath to my mother Orpha Bonney the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.

Third: I give and bequeath to my sister Mary B. Stidger the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)

Fourth: I give and bequeath to my sister Orpha Bonney the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.

Fifth: I give and bequeath to my brother Hinman Bonney the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.

Sixth: I give and bequeath to my sister Anna Linsley the house and lot which I own in Keosauqua, Iowa, and which is now occupied by her as a dwelling house. And which is described as lot Seven (7) in Block Fourteen (14) of Keosauqua, Iowa.

Seventh: I give and bequeath to my neice Lucie Linsley my piano now at the home of my mother in Keosauqua, Iowa.

Eighth: I give and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my property of whatsoever kind wherever situated to my sister Estelle B. Walker, save and except such of my personal clothing, jewelry and such effects as I may hereafter give and deliver to other parties, before my decease.

Ninth: I hereby nominate and appoint W. M. Walker, of Keosauqua, Iowa, as the Executor of this my last will and testament, and direct that he be exempt from giving bond as such.

We, the undersigned witnesses, do hereby certify that at the request of Arma F. Baldwin, we have hereunto signed our names to the foregoing instrument as witnesses to the execution thereof. And that the said Arma F. Baldwin signed and executed the same in our presence and declared the same to be her last will and testament. That we have at her request in the presence of each other, and in her presence signed the same as witnesses thereof this 24th day of June, A. D., 1903.
