I, Margaret Durnal, residing in Van Buren County Iowa, being aware of the uncertainties of life and being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make publish and declare this as my last will and testament:

That is to say, I hereby give and bequeath to Maria Sieman ten dollars and the remainder of my Estate, real and personal, to Catherine Durnal. And I hereby nominate and appoint H. F. Anson of Van Buren County, Iowa, as executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 31st day of January, A. D., 1899.

The foregoing last will and testament of Margaret Durnal was at the date thereof duly signed by her in our presence and in the presence of each other, she at the same time declaring the same to be her last will and testament, as therein expresses, and at her request we have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
