Easter – Earhart.
The Record’s Harrisburg township letter last week told of the arrival of Mr. and Mrs. James Easter at the C. W. Easter home. Mr. James Easter and Miss Lela Earhart were married at Platte, S. Dak., September 8. Mr. Easter formerly did some telegraph operating and it was while engaged I this work that he became engaged to Miss Earhart, who certainly is an excellent young lady.
Mr. Easter is a son of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Easter and was reared on the Easter farm near the Harrisburg church. Being a son of such excellent parentage, reared on such a good farm, so near a Baptist church and a first rate country school he could not well be anything but an industrious, honorable young man. They will reside at the old home while Mr. and Mrs. C. W. are enjoying a visit in Washington state, and will them move to the farm now occupied by Rex Keck.
[position in scrapbook would suggest the year was 1910]
