Jackson-Smith.
Charles G. Jackson and Miss Ethel Louise Smith were united in marriage at 8 o'clock P. M. Tuesday, October 8, 1907.
The ceremony was performed at the Manse, Rev. Jas. Clark officiating. Those present were the bride's mother and sister, Mrs. N. H. Smith and Mrs. George Chapman, and Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Meredith.
Mrs. Jackson is a daughter of the late N. H. Smith, and has lived all her life in Bonaparte. She is an accomplished young lady and her many friends are glad to know that her marriage will not take her away from town, as she and her husband will make their home, for the present at least, with her mother, Mrs. Smith.
Mr. Jackson's home was formerly in Vernon. He is a barber, now in the employment of A. J. Page, and already has a host of friends here who wish for him and his bride a long life of happiness.
