AT LAST!

Married - Last Monday afternoon at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Goodlin, in this city, occurred the marriage of Mr. Conrad Hassler and Miss Myra Myers. The ceremony was performed at 2:30 by Rev. Thomas Ratcliffe in the presence of a small company of intimate friends and relatives of the high contracting parties.

The unusual interest that attaches to this event is pardonable when we remember that the courtship of this estimable couple has extended over a quarter of a century. And now that they have arrived at the age of discretion and accountability, who shall say that they are not capable of entering their new sphere of social existence with a full sense of its great responsibilities, as well as its consequent enjoyments. "Cooney" Hassler is one of the best known business men in the city and his integrity and ability have stood the test of time and the bride has alway(s) enjoyed great popularity among a wide circle of friends. The esteem in which this couple is held was evidenced by the crowd of friends that assembled at the depot to see them off and smaller size at their departure.

The bridal couple will see the Vieled Prophet and St. Louis sights before returning in Farmington and will be at home to their friends at their residence on Fourth street about the 20th of this month.
