A Pleasing Ceremony.

A very pleasing ceremony united a popular couple on Wednesday last, the principals being Miss Elizabeth Gertrude King and Ned K. Alderdise. The words were spoken at the home of Father Adams, who officiated, at Houghton at 7:30 a. m. And the union was witnessed by relatives. After the ceremony had been completed the party returned to the home of the bride, where the guests were assembled. A bounteous wedding dinner was then served.

The bride is the youngest daughter of Mrs. M. King, and is a very popular young lady. The most of her life has been spent here and a host of friends join in the congratulations.

The groom is well known to many of our people, having visited here frequently in the past. His home has been in Spokane, Wash., but the happy couple go from here to Oklahoma City were new home will be established.

Mr. and Mrs. Alderdise are in Ottumwa this week and will return Saturday for a longer visit.

The Bee joins and extending best wishes.

The out-of-town guests were Thos. and Jos. King and the Misses May and Fay Alderdise.
