Strong-Blackburn.

Mr. Philip Strong and Miss Nellie Blackburn were married Tuesday, August 27?, at Keosauqua, Iowa, Rev. Allison officiating.

Mrs. Strong is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Blackburn of Oregon, formerly of Vernon Prairie. She went with them, but returned a few weeks ago to be housekeeper for her grandfather, Alfred Wolfe.

Mr. Strong is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Strong of Illinois. They formerly lived on Vernon Prairie and it was there that the young people formed the acquaintance which culminated in matrimony.
