McDavitt-Stecker.

Last evening, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schenck, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Dr. Bertha E. Stecker, to James N. McDavitt. Dr. I. B. Schreckengast of the First M. E. church officiated. The bride is a well known Burlington girl, a graduate of the local high school, later receiving the degree of M.D. from the State University of Iowa. Since her graduation she has been practicing her profession at Bonaparte where the groom is a well-known business man. The best wishes of their many friends follow them to their future home in Bonaparte. - Burlington Hawkeye.
