Cummings-Burnworth.
Mr. A. H. Cummings and Miss Lyda Burnworth were married Friday, Aug. 6, 1909, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Burnworth of Independence, Kansas, being the culmination of an acquaintance formed while Miss Burnworth was in Bonaparte several months ago training a bunch of children in a Tom Thumb wedding.
Mr. Cummings is a photographer. He is well known throughout southern Van Buren county where he has done that work for several years. He has also been in a similar business at Florence, Kansas.
Miss Burnworth was in Bonaparte a few days but she made many friends here who will join in congratulating Mr. Cummings and in wishing for them a happy and long continued matrimonial venture.
