McNamur-Thompson.
Mr. Wesley McNamur and Miss Grace G. Thompson were married at noon of Tuesday, June 16, 1914, Rev. T.L. Hughes of the Bonaparte Presbyterian church officiating. The ceremony was performed at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.O. Thompson of Bonaparte in the presence of the immediate relatives.
Mr. McNamur is an agent on the Burlington route at Leroy, Iowa, and they at once departed for their new home where they are now nicely located. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. O.E. McNamur of Mt. Sterling, his father being the rural mail carried on route two out of that town.
The bride was reared in Bonaparte and vicinity and is a capable, energetic young lady. She has recently been employed as clerk in the dry goods department of the Doughty store, which position she resigned a few months ago. The many friends extend best wishes.
