The Glenn Edwards family expect to move to Ft. Madison the first of May, to join Mr. Edwards, who is a guard at the state penitentiary.
La Verne Brown, who underwent an appendectomy at Fairfield hospital was brought to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ora Brown, on Thursday of last week.
Friends here will be interested to know that Mrs. Roger Morrison and party who left here on Monday, April 21 for Glenmore, La., reached their destination on April 24, after an enjoyable overland trip.
