ASKEW'S STOCK BRINGS TOP PRICE

George Askew, Stockport farmer, marketed a mixed consignment of home raised steers, all Aberdeen-Angus, in Thursday's trading at the Chicago stockyards. The 21 steers, averaging 959 pounds, sold at $12.50 per hundredweight, top for weight, and the 12 heifers brought $12.25 per hundredweight.
