Married.
At St. Frances de Sales parsonage a very beautiful wedding occurred at 8 o'clock Wednesday evening. The bride and groom were Alpheus Efner and Miss Helen Demple.
Mr. Efner is a resident of Shreveport, La., and is superintendent of a bridge construction force on a southern railroad. The charming bride has been a resident of this city for the past three years, having come from Bonaparte, where she was born and reared. At the wedding ceremony she was attended by Miss Nora Sheehan, and the groom's best man was Herman Meinberg.
After the wedding supper had been concluded at the parsonage, the bride, groom and a small party of relatives and very intimate friends assembled at the residence of J. W. Brinkman, 203 South Sixth street, where a bounteous supper was served.
They took the train on Thursday night for Shreveport, where the happy pair will reside for the future, taking with them the best wishes of their many friends in this city -- Keokuk Constitution Democrat.
