1901 Marriages in Van Buren Co IA

- In Van Buren county, during the year just passed, two hundred and ninety-eight persons, or one hundred and forty-nine couples, were united in marriage. The oldest couple married was Morgan Stewart aged 67, and Mrs. Margaret Taylor, aged 63. The youngest couple married was Elmer Stahl, aged 18, and Miss Katie E. Dray, aged 16. By the following table of marriage licenses issued each month it will be noticed that bleak February shows the greatest number and the mild May the smallest:
