A FARMINGTON WEDDING.
Married at High Noon Tuesday,
Oct. 21, 1902, at home
of the Bride.BOYER – BURRIER
B.M. Boyer and Miss Gertrude A. Burrier were married at the bride’s home in Farmington, Iowa, at high noon yesterday. Only the intimate friends were present at the ceremony and immediately after the wedding dinner Mr. and Mrs. Boyer went to the Plymouth farm near Farmington. In the evening they entertained a number of friends at their new home, had a big supper and a good time.
Mrs. Boyer is a graduate of the Farmington High School in the class of 1902 and is a daughter of Iowa H. and Mary A. Burrier. Her brother, Emmet Burrier, died September 23 and it was for this reason the wedding was made such a quiet one.
Mr. Boyer is a prominent Chester White breeder and an honorable gentleman. They are now at home to their friends.
