ANOTHER HAPPY PAIR.

WOLFE-ROBINSON.

On Wednesday, November 23, 1904, Mr. Sam M. Wolfe and Miss Burnetta Robinson, were married at the home of the bride's parents in Vernon township, Rev. Carson of the M. E. church officiating. Only the immediate families were present.

On Thursday an infair and Thanksgiving dinner was given at the home of the groom. Those present besides the families were Mr. and Mrs. Noble Chipman, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Phillips, and Mr. and Mrs. Jessie Watkins. Mr. and Mrs. Wolfe were the recipients of many useful and valuable presents, and were given a rousing charivari.

On Thursday evening they went to St. Louis to see the big fair and Roosevelt, and will stop on their return trip at Hannibal for a visit with Mr. Wolfe's uncle, H. H. Wirt, and family.

Mr. Wolfe is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Walfe [sic?] and an excellent young man with whom the writer is well acquainted because of a term of school we once taught at the Prairie Queen.

Mrs. Wolfe is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Waitman Robinson. She is one of those maids "whose laughing is to him who loves is paradise."

During the winter they will live at the John Wolfe home, and in the spring expect to build a cottage on the Wolfe farm.
