Mr. Fred Persinger and Miss Pearl Brownlee were married at the home of the bride’s father in Keosauqua at high noon Sunday, June 12, 1910, Rev. Druse of the Bonaparte M. E. church officiating. Only the immediate relatives were present.
Mrs. Persinger is a daughter of Sam Brownlee of Keosauqua. She has been a resident of Keosauqua several years. She was born in Illinois and it was there her mother was killed by a cyclone, she being seriously injured at the same time. Mr. Persinger is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Persinger of Bonaparte. He has recently been doing some relief work as agent on this branch of the Rock Island, and they are at present undecided as to where they will locate.
