The following is the Roll of Honor of the Summit School, Vernon township: Ella Pettit, Omega Pettit, Dora Huntley, Albert Pettit, Lyle Huntley, Allen Van Auken, Charley Wollam.

These children have neither been absent nor tardy; nor have they whispered. Rilla Layton, teacher.

The Sunday schools of Lick Creek and Village Township will hold a convention at Douds Station, Saturday, January 24. A cordial invitation is extended to all who feel an interest in this work to meet in convention at the time and place. F. S. Mcgrew, of Village Township is secretary of the association.

Mr. John H. Landes and O. W. Weyer will soon send out circulars giving an outline of the select school for the instruction of teachers.
