Curtis-wWitmore: At the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Whitmore, on Sunday, February 17, 1884, Mr. T. S. Curtis and Miss Hattie J. Whitmore, Esquire W. W. Entler officiating
--We heartily congratulate the young couple on the sensible step they have taken and wish them a long and happy life in each other's company. May their care be few and joys many. Both of the contracting parties were born and raised in the neighborhood and have many warm friends who wish them success. In the voyage of life. Esq. Entler performed the marriage ceremony for the parents of the bride a little more than 20 years ago, and now they have lived to see him unite their daughter with the man of her choice. The groom is a pleasant , industrious young man and is operator at Steamboat Rock, Hardin Co. The bride is the oldest daughter of B.T. Whitmore, and will make Mr. Curtis an amiable, and sensible wife.
