SHE LEAVES ESTATE TO HER BROTHER

From Santa Monica (Cal.) paper: "The will of Anna G. Manning, filed for probate yesterday, bequeaths to Mrs. M. M. Fulerton of Santa Monica an income of $50 a month for life. Mary M. Trotter of Pueblo, a neice [sic], receives a legacy of $5000, and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin C. Manning, her nephew and niece $5000, the latter legacies to be used in building homes. The residue of the $44,000 estate is given to Calvin Manning, a brother.

The estate includes cash, real estate, stock and bonds. Deceased owned stock in the Ottumwa (Iowa) Hotel company and the Manning & Epperson State bank of Eddyville, Iowa.
