Former GIs to Parsons College

BIRMINGHAM - The following discharged GIs of Birmingham will enter Parsons College in Fairfield as freshmen students this fall: Malcom Dingus Jr., Charles E. Willits Jr., Gerald Franklin, Paul Franklin, Jake Freshwater, Richard Russell and Clifford Nelson.

Betty Jean Lazenby and Sandra Nelson, graduates of the Birmingham high school this spring, will enter Iowa Wesleyan College at Mt. Pleasant this fall.
