Dorothy Forbes Married

Covina, Calif., young people wed in Riverside, April 24.

The marriage of Miss Dorothy Forbes and Mr. Ben Bolt last Saturday at Riverside came as a surprise to all but a few intimate friends.

The ceremony was performed by Rev. Gillian at the Methodist parsonage.

In the bridal party were Mr. Mont Forbes, brother of the bride, Mr. Harry Ely, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Crawford, Mr. Willard Stevens and the Misses Pearl Sayer, Ruth Fuller, and Bernice Graham.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. J. S. Bales, nee Miss Will Forbes, of East College street, and was a graduate in the 1925 class of the Covina High school.

The groom has been employed on the Chapman ranch for the past three years, both having many friends in this community.

Mr. and Mrs. Bolt will reside at 205 West Badillo street for a short time until a home on the Chapman ranch is prepared for them. – Taken from the Covina Argus.
