Grover Forbes and Etta Funk marriage

Forbes-Funk.

On Monday, the 11th inst. Grover Forbes of Saguache, Colo. And Miss Etta M. Funk of Keosauqua, Iowa, were married at the latter place.

Mr. and Mrs. Forbes returned to Saguache last Thursday and went out to the ranch home of the groom’s father where they will make their home.

When they reached the ranch they were met by a large number of neighbors who had assembled to bid them welcome. After a short preliminary the party sat down to a sumptuous dinner which stood in waiting.

The bride is the daughter of a farmer living near Keosauqua, Iowa, where she has a large circle of friends, and the groom is the youngest son of Andrew Forbes, south of here.

Mr. Forbes will engage in ranching with his faher. The CRESCENT joins the many friends of these young people in wishing them a long and prosperous future.
