Barnett – Hutchinson.
J. B. Barnett Jr. of Bonaparte, for the past ten days employed by the News, hied [sic?] himself to Keosauqua Tuesday morning. He didn’t go alone. He was accompanied by Miss Addie Hutchinson of Bonaparte and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fixsal of near Farmington. All day Tuesday the News force wondered what had become of “Joe.” Wednesday morning he showed up at our office ready for work. In reply to our chastisement for his failure to be on hand the day before, Mr. Barnett explained that he and Miss Hutchinson had been married at Keosauqua Tuesday morning, Rev. Ingham of the M.E. church officiating. The groom is a jovial, good fellow and a good printer. The bride is well known to many Farmington people. – Farmington News
