Hello to Cindy -- I have checked, as I suspect you have also, and this History of the Mullaleys book you ask about -- is not For Sale per what web searches are saying! Amazon.com stated: "Out of Print, Limited Availability."
According to another search, it indicates that a National library in Washington DC has a copy in the library--but not for loan or for sale.
In Iowa...there was a Library in Iowa City that has a copy but not for sale or library loan.
Sorry, Wish the news about this book was better.
